What You'll Do
- Process a high volume of invoices with efficiency and accuracy
- Perform three-way matching and ensure proper invoice workflow management
- Review and validate transactions, applying critical thinking rather than simply entering data
- Partner with internal departments and vendors to resolve discrepancies
- Help maintain smooth AP operations in a deadline-driven environment
What You'll Bring
- 2+ years of Accounts Payable, AP Analysis, or related accounting experience
- Strong understanding of Accounts Payable processes, three-way matching, and invoice workflows
- Proficiency in Excel; ERP system experience is a plus
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-service-oriented approach
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
